We have yet ANOTHER new visitor. This one a big female snapping turtle who we suspect laid eggs on the side of the hill. Riker went out to visit her but she wasn't real happy about that. I'm happy to say he still has a nose.

You will have to watch for the young ones to hatch. I think Joe said it's about 10 weeks. She would take a good chunk out of Rikers nose if he got to close. They are aggressive and will bite.
She looks damn fierce. I'm not so fond of snapping turtles. And I bet Riker won't be either if she gets nip at him!
